Manager – Operational Excellence
- Understand the divisional operational excellence (OPEX) strategies and promote their local deployment to accelerate improvement across the value chain
- Work with the local business unit managers to set coherent and aligned OPEX priorities and targets, monitor progress and act on deviations
- Establish OPEX instructions, processes and guidelines to drive standardization and best practices
- Assume the role of lead auditor to drive change and develop competent OPEX resources
- Coordinate issues and analyze non-conformance for the division, incoming materials, products and services
- Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical) with at least 6 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- Knowledge in theories, tools and practices for business improvement, project and change management including root cause analysis
- At least 5 years experience in operations of plant / processes
- Strong analytical and systemic problem solving skills
- Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001 and other Management Systems
- 6 Sigma Black Belt certification will be an added advantage.

Manager – Service (Motors & Generators)
- Develop long term business plan and provide implementation oversight
- Manage and drive service related databases
- Prepare weekly project/pipeline and monthly business forecast
- Ensure team’s compliance to the Company’s Code of Conduct & Ethics
- Drive high customer relationship and response time
- Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation) with at least 10 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- At least 2 years experience in a managerial capacity

Engineer – Service (Motor & Generators)
- Secure new orders, analyze and compile market data and provide feedback to manufacturing units in order to obtain competitive pricing
- Prepare costing, technical and commercial offers for loose sales (spare part and replacement), upgrading and retrofitting energy efficiency and preventive maintenance service contract applicable periodically
- Assist the manager to present company’s capabilities and coordinate seminars/ product presentations to installed base customers and end-users, consultants and clients
- Update installed base database and monthly order pursuit
- Diploma/degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Instrumentation) with at least 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar industry

Senior Engineer/Engineer – Project Management (Low Voltage Systems)
- Prepare project schedule to achieve “on-time” results including collaboration/ follow-up with client, engineering, production, supply chain and testing to ensure timely response
- Negotiate and resolve customer concerns or issues
- Prepare quotations and manage variation costing
- Prepare progress reporting for clients
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field with strong project management skills

Engineer – Design (Low Voltage Systems)
- Produce designs and required documents for customer’s approval in conformance with specifications, guidelines and the Company’s contractual obligation
- Liaise with the Sales/Project and Material Management teams at all stages, from design planning to design review of all project requirements
- Maintain engineering drawings and relevant documents in accordance with the quality record retention requirements
- Keep constant contact with the customer’s technical representative and provide value added solutions to meet the customer’s expectation
- Identify areas of improvement, initiate and participate in small group activities for the implementation and maintenance of ABB’s quality management system
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in related fields
- Knowledge in AutoCAD/Eplan will be an added advantage
- Understanding of switchgear design would be a plus

Senior Engineer/Engineer – Sales (Low Voltage Systems, Low Voltage Drives
and Motors & Generators)
- Work on pro-active basis in allocated market segment to achieve targeted growth with customers in Oil & Gas, Power Plant or various large Industries
- Secure new orders, analyze and compile market data and provide feedback to manufacturing units in order to obtain competitive pricing
- Influence customer specifications
- Arrange and deliver presentation and participate in technical meetings either internally or external for projects and loose sales
- Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical) with at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering, especially in areas of power distribution, motor control centers and low voltage solutions

Manager – Project (Power System Substation)
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
- Develop project plans and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
- Establish and maintain business relationships that contribute to the success of the project
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Manage project cash flow by promptly invoicing and following up on collection of payments due
- Liase with customer on project execution and contractual matters
- Degree, Professional Certification or a Master’s Degree in engineering specialising in Electrical or its equivalent
- Preferably a certified project manager
- At least 5 years experience in project management, with 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong personal leadership, team collaboration, analytical, cost awareness, decision-making and able to interact with multiple stakeholder groups

Engineer – System (Power System Substation – Railway)
- Execute plant automation system projects within schedule and budget
- Carry out design, engineering implementation, testing and commissioning to meet customer’s technical specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve excellent customer experience
- Maintain engineering workflow, procedures and documentation according to ISO9001 requirements and ABB standards
- Provide timely and accurate status updates to project manager and lead engineer
- Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven record of more than 3 years’ experience in design or engineering projects
- Experience in power plant projects or commissioning process automation systems will be an added advantage

Engineer – Project
- Represent the Company in execution of the project i.e. establish and maintains client contacts and working arrangements in order to ensure adequate and uninterrupted flow of information between project and the client
- Attend project co-ordination meeting i.e. technical, commercial and delivery
- Initiate schedules and project planning meetings and kick-off meetings including completion of project checklist
- Responsible for the preparation of all project documents, progress report, project correspondence and filing
- Work closely and liaise with internal and external parties on project works
- Perform risk management analysis for all projects
- Arrange client’s acceptance of the deliverances and arrange for project close-out
- Any others job assigned by the line manager as and when deemed necessary
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Exposure to substation design, erection and commissioning
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight schedule
- Willing to travel and be based at project sites for a short period of time
- Able to interpret technical drawing, knowledgeable in Ms Office and Ms Project

Executive – Sales Admin
- Ensure accuracy of data booking into SAP, i.e. sales order, purchase order, etc
- Manage timely processing of orders received, issuance of order acknowledgement, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoicing
- Monitor and arrange for delivery to customer and clearing order backlog upon arrival of goods from supplier
- Prepare documents for billing, letter of credit and proof of delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries, track delivery status, order acknowledgement and shipping documents
- Coordinate logistics arrangement for shipment of products to destination
- Prepare monthly reports on orders received, revenue and backlog
- Diploma in accounting, finance or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an MNC
- Prior SAP experience is a pre-requisite
- Strong administration skills and able to interact with multiple stakeholder groups

General Requirements for all positions:
- Pleasant personality with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent, result oriented, self-driven, team player, resourceful and organized are desirable attributes
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for sales, project management and service positions
- All positions are based in Selangor
